Our journey began from the need to provide solutions for the problems encountered in designing complex systems in the automotive and marine industry. We strive to work with our customers in finding the right way to scale up their systems engineering approach.
At the heart of what we do, is integrating simulations to the systems engineering approach as a method to provide quantitative analysis for complex problems ranging from product definition to detailed multi-domain engineering.

Juho Könnö
CEO, founder
Juho has 10 years of experience from marine applications while working in several roles for Wärtsilä Corporation. In particular, he has a long history of integrating simulation into the engineering process and PLM tools. Juho holds a D.Sc. degree in engineering mechanics.
At SysAI, Juho works with understanding our customers’ problems and defining a suitable approach along with practical systems and simulation development.
Isa Banagar
Chief systems engineer, founder
Isa has worked previously both in the automotive and simulation software domain, with a strong research background in integrating systems engineering into industrial processes. Isa holds a M.Sc. degree automotive engineering is currently pursuing a doctoral degree.
Isa is responsible for defining the systems engineering methodologies and process definitionat SysAI along with developing the simulation approaches needed.
Iiso Kramsu
Chief software engineer, founder
Iiso is a tech-savvy computer enthusiast with a persistent and systematic approach to getting things done. Iiso has experience in software development in both the consumer and industrial domain. Iiso holds a M.Sc. degree in computer science and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree.
Iiso is responsible for the SysAI software stack development and deployment along with the integrations to external systems.
